The SSV guest management service is a must for any owners that are offering their villas out to the rental market. Our trained guest managers are tailored to specific customers to ensure the best possible stay for the customers an piece of mind for the owners. Our guest managers are well accustomed to Koh Samui and have relationships with a wide variety of tour operators to ensure that the guests receive the quality service they are expecting.


Incoming Guests: Prior to the arrival of guests, we will keep in touch regarding arrival and transport information, car hire and any special requirements. We will make keys available and give advice, as may be required, about the appliances and the alarm system at your property. During their visit, we will deal with enquiries and arrange any services that your guests may require, during our normal opening times.

Guest Emergencies: We are contactable in person 24 hours a day on our emergency customer helpline. Guests are provided with a cell phone preloaded with airtime and our numbers.

Car Rental and Private Hire: We can arrange for you or your guests to be met at Koh Samui airport with the car of your choice at very competitive rates. If you prefer to be chauffeured to your property, we offer the service of experienced private hire operators.

Hire Services: Includes car, motorbike, cot and high chair rentals.
